In addition, the report should inform on the background work required for an EAP to function properly. Feedback on contact persons can provide valuable insights on areas where the organization can make adjustments, as well as systemic ideas on specific measures to support the workforce.

The third aspect of meaningful monitoring is information – separate from the key indicators and contact feedback – on previous and planned communication measures. A professionally planned campaign is central to an EAP, alongside the quality of EAP consulting.
