What brought you to INSITE?
I wanted a job that was more than just a job – a role where I could truly make a difference. At INSITE, I found exactly that: meaningful work, a great team,and a work environment where I feel valued.
What makes your work here special for you?
Definitely the teamwork! We collaborate as equals, support each other, and maintain open communication. That makes a huge difference—especially in a field where we work closely with people and are confronted with their individual challenges.
I also truly feel that my work is being recognised—whether through feedback, expressing appreciation, or individual development opportunities. It’s not just about following routines here; it’s about growing together.
Work-life balance is also a major topic—what's your experience with that at INSITE?
It works really well! As a mother, it’s important for me to balance my professional and personal life. With flexible working hours and remote work options, I can structure my work efficiently without my personal life taking a back seat.
What keeps you motivated in the long run?
What motivates me is that my work feels meaningful. I know that what I do truly makes a difference—not only for people who need support but also for myself. Additionally, INSITE invests in the development of its employees. There are regular training sessions, workshops, and opportunities for further education. This keeps the work exciting and gives me the chance to continuously learn new things.
